Duane J. Brazil – Founder & CEO
At age 18, Duane founded a farming company that employed over 400 people. He took it from the greenhouse seedling operation stage to field growing, packing house, trucking, and distribution of produce throughout the U.S. and Canada and Mexico. The company grew into one of the largest of its kind in the U.S. Duane sold that company in 1999.
Eighteen years later, Duane founded a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and investment company. Duane found his calling in life. Within two short years in the Manufactured Home Community space he was generating impressive returns. Duane has transacted more than $2 billion in commercial/Manufactured Home Communities to date.
Duane’s strong focus on commitment and allegiance to his professional alliances has earned him meritable respect from his peers, friends, and family. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family and friends and is passionate about flying and offshore fishing which, according to Duane, “gives me balance in life.”

Tim Ryan – Vice President of Investments
Tim Ryan is a Senior Investment Associate at CRI Commercial specializing in manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, and multifamily properties. Prior to CRI, Tim was an Acquisitions Associate for Treehouse Communities, a commercial real estate private equity firm specializing in manufactured housing communities and RV resorts.
In conjunction with Treehouse Communities, Tim participated in over $600 million of transactions nationally, sourcing over $2 billion in investment opportunities. Today, Tim holds real estate licenses in California and Arizona and is well equipped to fit his clients’ needs in the commercial real estate investment space. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
Margot L. Roen – Head Of counsel
Since graduating Cum Laude from New York Law School in 1996, Margot has practiced with some of the top law firms in the country. Although from California originally, she began her legal career in New York City, working on a variety of complex cases ranging from Title VII employment litigation to antitrust actions involving Fortune 500 corporations. Early in her career, Margot’s peers quickly took notice of her leadership capabilities. In 1998, she was recruited to lead a team of over 50 attorneys in a nationwide fact-finding mission, which contributed to the resolution of a major class action lawsuit involving one of this country’s leading insurers. Today, Margot is licensed to practice law in both New York and California.
Dylan Brazil – Senior Investment Associate
Prior to CRI, Dylan was an Investment Advisor for Taylor Street Advisors, a real estate advisory firm providing services for commercial real estate investment sales, property management, financing, consulting, and distressed asset turn-around. Dylan participated in over $200 million of transactions nationally. Today, Dylan holds real estate licenses in California and Arizona and brings authenticity, consistency, and a powerful dedication to serve his clients with a deep understanding of the mobile home park market and the apartment home market to achieve top market results for his clients.
Diana Bush – CFO
Diana started working at a mortgage brokerage firm in the early 1980’s in southern California. As a bookkeeper and loan processor she dealt with a variety of financing of different types of properties, from single family residences to large commercial buildings.
In 1985 when her husband left the Marine Corp after ten years, the family moved back to Central California where she was born and raised. Diana has worked in the office for over 30 years as an account manager & controller and performing all aspects of office duties. She started working for companies of Duane Brazil from 1985 and is a committed part of the team.
Diana has been an office manager and controller during the Brazil’s growing businesses from the beginning.
Heather Bright – Senior Management Associate
Originally from New England, Heather is an East coast transplant who is proud to call the central valley her home. Her professional experience has allowed her the opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of personalities and over a decade in the insurance industry has refined her skills in client relations and support. Heather works diligently alongside management to meet the needs of both owners and tenants alike.
